Fuzz Therapy


The best medicines to cheer one up:
1. FRIENDS!! No matter where they are in this world...they have an amazing ability to suck out all sorrow and get those smiles back... the very presence...a hug...can do wonders.. Needless to say Hobbes is just perfect for the part!!
2. Mom ke haath ka khana. when your mother prepares your favorite dish for dinner...any day is beautiful...rotten or not!!
3.Watching your favourite stuff on TV. It may be your favorite soap opera, your fav sports team winning a match, TOM & JERRY!!, F.R.I.E.N.D.S., etc... It works like magic...
4.Music. It has amazing pleasing powers. listening to music thats positive, vibrant and that makes you smile all the time can really turn any bad day upside-down...
5.Relax. Go have a nice loooong shower. then take off to bed. Sleep is just a great medicine. if the whole week has been bad...then a week-end break is the least what one deserves... a resort or a spa is the ideal place to just lounge around...

  2. hmm...didnt click re...chocolates and ice-creams qualify... so does Harry Potter or any good book too...even old photographs and 'slam-books' are great!!
